After graduating from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, Ms. Koehler attended Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Review. In 1997, Ms. Koehler graduated in the top ten percent of her law school.
Ms. Koehler practices extensively in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, helping clients and their family members minimize estate taxes and transfer their assets in a time-efficient, orderly manner. In addition to her planning and administration practice, Ms. Koehler advises business owners on the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, succession planning, contracts and other business matters. |
Ms. Koehler has been a Board-Certified Indiana Trust and Estate Lawyer by the Indiana Trust and Estate Specialty Board since 2006. Ms. Koehler is also a former member of the Professional Advisors Leadership Council for the Central Indiana Community Foundation. She has been designated as a Five Star Wealth Manager as published in the Indianapolis Monthly. Ms. Koehler lives in Zionsville and shared four children with her husband Joseph Manhertz.

Brenda K. Davidson, Paralegal and Legal Assistant
Brenda K. Davidson, RP graduated with a B.S. in Financial Advising from Purdue University and has been working with Pam Koehler for more than 5 years and several years as paralegal for a family law firm in downtown Indianapolis. She earned a PACE registered Paralegal status in March, 2010.
Brenda lives in Westfield with her husband Dennis and her Australian Shepherd Bindi. She is an avid trail hiker and dog walker. She also enjoys reading and bicycle cruising on the Monon Trail. Brenda especially enjoys spending time with her two grown children Scott and Rachel and their families. |
Joanne Stewart began her career in Michigan where she focused her work in the area of probate law.
Over the last fifty years, she has gained vast legal experience in the areas of probate, estate planning and administration, guardianships, accountings, and Social Security Disability. Joanne is often called on by local attorneys to provide guidance in these areas and to prepare accountings.
Outside the office, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family taking vacations and traveling.
